Responsible Gambling
Play for fun, not for income
Responsible play sits at the centre of how we look after our players. Our games are meant to entertain you, and we want you to keep in mind that gambling also brings financial and social risks.
Habits that keep play healthy
- Treat every session as entertainment, never as a source of income.
- When you lose, step away before you play again rather than trying to win it straight back.
- Only stake money you can afford to lose.
- Watch how much time and how much money you put in.
Is it still fun?
A few honest questions can show whether play is turning into a problem. Has gambling started to affect your work or studies? Do you play to escape boredom, or for long periods on your own? Has someone close to you said you gamble too much? Have you kept your time or spending at the casino hidden? After a loss, do you feel desperate or rush to win the money back? Several yes answers are a good reason to seek advice.
Pausing your account
If you feel you need time away, message our support team and we will switch off your access for a period. Before the account is blocked in this way, a support manager phones the account holder. Self-exclusion requested through our online chat runs for 30 days from the day the block starts.
If gambling has caused you problems now or in the past, or you belong or used to belong to a scheme that limits access to gambling, such as GAMSTOP or EGBA, we ask you not to open an account with us. If you already hold one, get in touch with support right away and we will block and close it.

No players under 18
Only people aged 18 or over can register. We confirm age through the payment accounts players use and may carry out random checks on accounts as well. Any account found in breach is closed at once and its balance is confiscated.
Protecting others at home
If you share a computer with relatives or friends who should not gamble, blocking software such as GamBlock (www.gamblock.com) or Net Nanny (www.netnanny.com) can keep them away from gambling sites.
